LEGAL
Responsibility requires clear rules
A reliable transport service does not begin behind the wheel, but with compliance with clear legal requirements. For us, legal certainty does not mean bureaucracy, but rather the basis for trust, quality, and sustainability in our daily operations.
We take a consistent and transparent approach to legal issues. This includes the qualifications of our permanent employees, approved vehicles, and internationally valid operating rules.
On this page, we give you an insight into how we practice legal certainty in practice—and what you should look out for with other providers.
Staff
Our employees are permanently employed. This decision is not only a promise of quality, but also a legal necessity—especially in commercial passenger transport.
This is the only way we can ensure that all legal requirements are met:
- Valid driver's license for passenger transport (P license)
- Medical examination in accordance with § 11 FeV
- Clean police record
- Full employment protection in accordance with German labor law (all relevant labor, social security, and liability requirements must be fulfilled in a timely manner, in full, and in writing, including social security, continued payment of wages, vacation entitlement, working hours law, etc.)
We deliberately refrain from using freelancers because safety, liability, and reliability cannot be delegated. A well-groomed appearance, confidence, and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for us.
In individual cases, we work with independent VIP assistants, but only under clearly defined conditions:
The vehicle must be registered in their name or that of their company, they must have their own license in accordance with the Passenger Transportation Act (PBefG), and they must be responsible for their own scheduling.
We reject any legally inadmissible arrangements as a matter of principle, as they pose avoidable risks for all parties involved.
Instead, we rely on clear structures, legally secure employment relationships, and fair conditions for all parties involved.
passenger transportation
Our company has a valid license in accordance with the Passenger Transportation Act (PBefG). All vehicles used are approved in accordance with BOKraft and are subject to regular technical inspections.
Among other things, we comply with:
- Driving and rest times in accordance with the Driving Personnel Regulation
- Keeping a rental car order book
- Comprehensive insurance coverage for passengers and third parties
- General inspections and documented safety checks
- Approval in accordance with § 1 BOKraft
For roadshows, large events, or special projects, we integrate vehicles from premium rental companies (e.g., BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Sixt, AVIS, Hertz). In these cases, the following applies:
- Application for a day permit/short-term concession
- Proof of insurance to the licensing authority
- Use exclusively with permanently employed, qualified VIP attendants
Our entire operation is carried out in accordance with PBefG, BOKraft, FeV, and the applicable municipal regulations.
International assignments & special trips
ountry-specific special regulations apply to cross-border journeys, for example to Switzerland, France, Austria, or Italy.
We check in advance:
- Necessary permits
- Return regulations
- European agreements and bilateral special treaties
Even for security-critical trips (VIP shuttles, multi-day roadshows, escort vehicles), we ensure complete documentation, approval, and security for all vehicles and employees, both nationally and internationally.
How to recognize a reputable provider
Reliability is not only evident in vehicles or appearance, but above all in the legal foundation of a provider.
Anyone who hires a transport service—for events, VIP transfers, or business shuttles, for example—should therefore actively request certain documentation. This creates transparency and protects everyone involved from unpleasant surprises.
We recommend requesting the following documents:
- License in accordance with the Passenger Transportation Act (PBefG)
- Vehicle registration certificate with BOKraft approval
- Proof of passenger insurance
- Passenger transportation license for each employee used
- For rental vehicles: short-term license + written approval for commercial use
- Social security registration (e.g., confirmation of registration with the health insurance company or notification in accordance with § 28a SGB IV)
Ask specifically:
“Are your employees properly registered with social security?”
Reputable providers can easily prove this with a simple confirmation or registration certificate.
Important:
If even one of these documents is missing, legal uncertainties arise – not only for the service provider, but also for the client. Third-party liability in the event of damage cannot be ruled out.
